The Stargazer wasn't the last Constellation in existance. There was one from Redemption Part II, The Victory was another, from Identity Crisis, and the Hathaway, from Peak Performance. Two out of the three were known to still be commissioned and active. The Constellation herself was mentioned in the DS9 episode Waltz as shows as still active on the site.
I remember the episode The Battle. Why did they tractor the Stargazer. If I remember correctly, she still was capable of warp speed and manuvering under her own power. Why give it the disgrace of being towed when she was capable of manuvering herself?
Hey good stuff, We needed to see some closure for Stargazer, and this is exactly the kind I had in mind. They should put her in service a little closer to home though, to ensure her safety.
Starfleet would probably put a ship like Stargazer in a Museum when they retire her. She did afterall become a legend under Picard's command. I like the idea of rebuilding her along with the Bozeman, and keeping her going for a few more voyages to come.
Try looking for a Furuta replica on E-Bay. They're about four to five inches long. The Stargazer was in the first series. Its a great looking replica that's perfect for a desk.

Probably as a precaution in case any other "surprises" were left by Daemon Bok like a logic bomb in the computer.

So...what will ahppedn to it? Will it just go out into space and be abandoned again? Or will it do actual service?
