don't mind me... but how does this help me if it's -BROKEN-? my blue is a little odd, but my orange doesn't even get notes out... what do i do if a wire broke off or something, not just it being non-responsive (besides voiding my warranty or sending it in)?

Yea my bad, broken isn't the correct word, I just had to put in the titel (4th day after release) cuz people who bought the kit said they were 'broken'. Anyway, you could search the web, or ask a technical friend of yours to check it. Best thing to do imo is to ask a new orange cymbal.

i filled out a warranty claim at red octane for the midi cable over a month ago but haven't gotten a cable does anyone know what to do?

You should've got an email from red octane on the day you filled out the warranty claim. Plus you have to get an email saying that the cable has been shipped. Maybe you can contact red octane about this problem, or you can try filling out the warranty claim again.

when i plug my drums into my comp with the midi cable, the "usb audio" option doesn't show up on the program's scroll down option menu.... and when i plug the drums into my comp, my comp says there was a problem installing it.... any advice?

Even when you hit em really hard? Well...Maybe your drumpads and cymbals are completely broken. Visit the site in the video description, and you can contact redoctane, and maybe claim a new one.

yes when i really hit whit al my power hit doesn't work but the buttons you know triangle when i press that it works know i'm waiting for that midi cable

I see... Once you got the cable you'll find out whether it's a sensitivity problem or something beyond that. Let me know if there was a sensitivity problem or not when you have the cable ;) good luck.

you need a USB MIDI thats what im getting because my orange cymble is not sensitive enough

I guess you can, I don't think it doesn't really matter if the cable is from Activision. But I'm not 100% though, since I don't have a GHdrum.
