VW cars are VASTLY overrated, nothing but trouble, shit (all german cars are poor to be honest, very very overrated), trust me I am a mechanic with many years of experience working with BMW, VAG and MB products, nice to look at but no where near as good as people would have you believe....

I walked away with bruised ribs, and that was it. What do you drive?

Quite typical of '90s small cars - frightening to think what would happen if they ran into a larger, heavier car.

However, if people drive safer & are constantly aware of their surroundings, crash safety becomes a tad less important.

Shame you can't always count on other people not to smash into you.
