  • You should try taking a multiple b complex supplement due to the fact that taking a multitude of one type of b vitamin may off set the other b vitamins in your body causing an imbalance within your body, even potentially leading to developing a deficiency. Im probably a year late- even 30 comments late

  • BUYING IT

  • you look yellow! >_>

  • How much BP did you use in the beginning ?:)

  • @MissingHeartsLoving In the beginning I used it on my entire face but I quickly realized that my sensitive skin couldn't handle that; it started drying out. So then I backed down to only dabbing it on my problem areas.

  • @TalkingAboutAcne did you notice purging ?

  • @MissingHeartsLoving I'm not sure what that means? Can you explain?

  • @TalkingAboutAcne like an initial breakout ? During first few days ? or later ? and then it goes away ? :)

  • @MissingHeartsLoving Yes! I did experience a breakout about three weeks into it and once that started clearing up it only got better and better. :)

  • how much b complex should i have with the b5 , so 10 grams of b5 and maybe 500 mg of b complex ?

  • @jamieresasco I only did one a day even with 10g. But you can experiment and see how it works for you.

  • @TalkingAboutAcne were you taking a b 50 complex ?

  • @jamieresasco Yes, I did the B50 one.

  • @TalkingAboutAcne thats what i been doing, did you exsperience any hair loss or thinning because ive seen a few posts on that happening to people.

  • @jamieresasco I did experience a little, but nothing major. Check out my B5 Side Effects vid.

  • @TalkingAboutAcne that side effects video was good, you said that when you dropped the dosage your hair wasnt falling out, how many grams of b5 was it until you stopped losing hairs ?

  • how much b complex do you take ?

  • i went to a dermatologist and she prescribed me a facial wash and some cream for the night and some bacterial infection pills and so far....idk, do u think if i also start taking vitamin b5 it will also help my acne?

  • @MsPlaygirlz Give the facial wash and cream a try first. If you're all done with that and get no results, then try taking the B5 Vitamins. I don't reccomend taking them with your prescription because they could have conflicting side effects.

  • @TalkingAboutAcne okay thnx so much!

  • How old are you? My acne has been getting worse for the past year now :/ i need to try the acne.org :)

  • @xlove723 I'm 16, gonna turn 17 in a few months(: I've had acne since I was like 7 though, pretttyyy ridiculousss.

  • To reduce school stress, don't procrastinate. Easier said than done haha but its true. Leave me a video response when you see results, good or bad. Good luck :)

  • Im starting to take B5vitamis (5000mg) a day, and Apple Cider Vinegar (1000mg) a day. I hope it helps. I really need to reduce my school related stress.....it really helps my acne
