I've been playing the new MK on my PS3 online and loving it! Downloaded Freddy Kruger, Rain, Skarlett, and Kenshi last night and they are all pretty sweet. I thought I'd hate Freddy, but he's one of my favs now. He's not too strong, but his moves and combos are lightning fast. I love doing Babalities with him and hearing him laugh. lol

I was in military training at the time this came out, but about a month or so later I was home for Christmas holiday and stopped by Blockbuster Video (video/game rental chain) and they had this on Xbox for sale for $9.99. I was shocked at the price as the game was a month old. Been loving it and playing it ever since. Great game.

I got this game (Mortal Kombat: Armageddon) with Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars (don't hate me for getting a non MK fighter as well) for my birthday two days ago. I really like it, and I don't care about the negativity it got. I really like the fact that almost every MK fighter is in the game. And my little sister loves it as well.

Mortal Kombat series is awesome but this armageddon thing was awful.I own it & I have to say you don't arcade is basically pointless to play unless you want to know the endings of the characters or you want extra points to make your characters.You have to find ALL 60 RELIC ITEMS in just Konquest just to unlock 4 characters & another arena. Sure there are codes for them online but that's no fun.You can't go back a level if you miss that ONE relic itemYou have to replay the WHOLE FUCKING KONQUEST.

I Totally agree When I heard the trailers about Create your own fatality and really got the game a month later that was DEFINATELY NOT what I had in mind.I thought everyone would have their own fatality except the created character.I thought you just make a button code for a certain fatality you made yourself for that CHARACTER.Everyone just does the same thing. I wanted to see Scorpion,Kunglao,etc have new cool fatalities with their unique abilities. Fatalities made a downfall since Deception.
