With proper supervisions kids can shoot safely, and they learn to respect a fire arm seeing what they can do and feeling the power of the recoil. Though I do get pissed myself when I see kids 3 years old being shown how to shoot rifles and such, that's a bit to young! Most of these vids are painful to watch for any responsible gun owner.
