  • Look at all that pollution...

  • @rtough1 Don't even bother with that. Even if the rocket motor was using hydrocarbons like gasoline instead of Ammonium Perchlorate Composite Propellant, they're used so infrequently that it would put out as many pollutants into the atmosphere in the whole 2 minute burn time as an okay-sized city would in a couple of seconds.

  • this is the rocket boosters that NASA uses for a lift off of the space shuttle. Two of them and are attached to the big fuel tank

  • Not exactly, this thing is even bigger and more powerfull

  • loved it

  • Hey, thank you. :D Rockets are very fascinating things if I do say so myself. Even if you don't think so, you gotta love the flames right? Hehe...

  • Thanks. Haha. This was really REALLY cool to see. Afterwards when we drove by, you could see that the whole hills side had been turned into GLASS because of all the heat. It was insane!

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA That's awesome.

Oh. Aparently I already saw this. Oh. Cause I just saw my sig. Oh. Okay, then.

  • wow, like a volcanic eruption

  • That's exactly what its like. I believe that we were a little less than a mile away too. That tells you how big the flames were. The rocket itself is 12 ft. in diameter and 2 school busses long.
