no more monster claw eh, i was so pro when it came to monster hunter, and the monster claw. legendary among my group of friends lol. just sucks the direction they taking, the wii version sucked and there needs to be a ps3 NA release!!!!!!

Question: If I bought Monster Hunter Freedom Unite via PSN from my PSP will I be able to transfer it to my Vita? The whole stuff where you can't log-in to the US PSN without formatting your Vita when you're currently logged into the JP PSN news kinda ruins the joy of owning a Vita atm.

lol your cat killed it i hate that when that happens.... umm (hammer) is good if you want to kill it quicker uumm (heavy blade) or (sword and shield) gets you more items by cuting of the tails or ears and other bodyparts of monsters umm (bow) and (bowgun) is good if your going for a Quest in a group and gun lance is good for a big amount of damage in one blow but uumm switch axe i dont use cos i gues its..... i dont know but i dont use it =p umm but yea keep up the good vids XD

@xXAlienWolfXx Basically, you'll need to first set yourself up with a Japanese PS account, then once you do that you'll need to get a Japanese points card worth 3000 yen, then you can add the points to your PSN account and download the game from there. Once you've done that you can transfer your save file using content manager and you're good to go.
I noticed you keep messing up the camera (putting it in that useless, close-up mode) which would be the result of pressing UP on the d-pad (or DOWN?).
That would be a serious problem. Cuz using an analog stick, it's really hard to push it DIRECTLY left and right only. Is there a way to map ONLY the left and right D-buttons to the right analog?
last questions on MH. you said this is the newest MH. Was it designed for the vita or the psp? Also do the graphics look better on this MH portable 3rd or MH united or are they the same graphics wise?
@99thematrix This was designed for the PSP, it was released in December 2010. There is a minor graphical upgrade between this and Unite, but it isn't a drastic overhaul.
@uruguayitorip You can play online if you use AdHoc party through the PS3, but on it's own you can't, because this is just the PSP game running on Vita, so it doesn't have an official online mode. But I assume when they make a MonHun for Vita, it'll have an online mode.
Would u recomend using the 2nd analog cos using the Monster Hunter Claw was every usefull to attack and move and change camera easily using 2nd analog will mean ur takin ur right hand off attackin and move camera then gotta switch back and forth.
@TormyJai It doesn't actually seem to detract much from it, like you tend to attack, move camera, attack, etc. But sometimes, if I need to move the camera while attacking, I'll switch back to the claw, but otherwise I use analog. So technically speaking I've now got two ways to move the camera, which is even better!
