  • I saw these same lights on this past Tuesday, Oct. 18th 2011. We were driving from Ogdensburg to Potsdam. Mine were stationery, though... four orange lights hovering in a backwards "C" shape, and then all flickered out one by one. Wigged me out a little bit! It only lasted about ten seconds and I didn't have a camera on me that would've captured anything.
