In Sweden Riksgälden (the "centralbank/treasury") sold their gold in may since they didn't want their investments to become unbalanced! They sold golds and bought dollars for the reason that they didnt want to have to few dollars and to much gold WHEN the gold increased in price and the dollar was to fall!
