This is not true. Viruses constantly absorb DNA from a host into their own RNA, when a virus jumps to a new spieces it will often reverse the process, inserting genes that it took from the past host into the new host. This doesn't undermine evolution when you understand it, but we need to get our facts right. Horizontal Gene transfer happens (to a certain extent) in all species.

1. DMCAs can only be made by those that own the rights. If they don't, then the DMCA is false.

2. The DMCA against the video was made by the Discovery Institute (or someone claiming to be).

3. The video showed only stuff that belonged to Fox News. The Discovery Institute doesn't own the rights to Fox News.

Put those three things together and it is a false DMCA.
