very good, doesn't really sound all that rushed to me, sounds proffesional. I play several instruments (not really the piano, I know one song on it) but I still have a musical ear so for missing 2 notes you did better than most at covering it up. this is your 1st piano vid and your already better that half that post on here.

Thanks for the comment. Yeah, it's definitely rushed, plus I left out two notes. I actually have a better version, both in quality and performing that I'll post into the description later.

I would love to get my hands on a grand but I don't have the money or the space right now. Neither do I know anybody who has one. I've even thought about going to the local Turner's to see if they would let me play a few songs but I get the feeling it's going to be a big resounding "NO".

Haha. Thanks. Apparently they think I will "pound" on the keys like Bam-Bam or something. The last time I went to a store like that, they weren't all that welcoming. Always cringing when I got near any of their grand pianos, and generally acting like snobs.

awesome... are you one of those people who can learn to play something just by listening to it, or did you find the music for it somewhere?

This specific song was a mixture of both. Somebody else suggested the beginning, I took what they did, changed a few notes and the octave that they were played in, and played the rest of the song by ear. Most of the time I will hear something that catches my interest and I'll sit down at the keyboard and work it out.
