Rx 7 is ok but it cost too much to make it strong and too much just to maintence it. my buddy have a 93 Rx 7 twin turbo its pretty strong. But... these rotary motor cars have to be atleast 2800 pounds for it to be legal in the US so no, Rx7 is not that light.

first off the track is wet... you need traction on a supra in order for it to pick up quick...that FD might be fast and light as well but i know it wont beat the supra

Doesn't the Supra's weight help for better traction, more power to the wet ground than the Rx7. So the supra should have the advantage.

Ehm, to a point it would help, however, if there's too much weight, the car won't go anywhere. Just like if you push down really hard on a bike, and throttle, it'll just sit there and spin. Some weight is good, too much weight, not so good.

That's true to a certain extend. However, unlike the bike, both cars have more than enough power to handle a little extra weight.

The point was against L2kDrOpShOt's comment stating that the track is wet and the supra needs traction to pick up.

1. All cars need traction to pick up

2. The supra has more weight and that would be an advantage in the rain to a certain point.

So he can't just say that the supra lost because of rain. There are too many factors to a race to fault just one factor
