It is a truly unique, I can't understand why they do it in graveyard at midnight! If you study other things, they tell you don't do it, why? There are ghost at night and it is not good to your health as well!

Yin Chi is a lot different from Ghost. grave yards are usually lackin Yang Chi, so as a contrast, the Yin has a much higher concentration on a grave yard. But Ghostly influence is not in the realm of Chi, but rather in the realm of souls. These kids are meditating all the times, so they have plenty of Yin and Yang, and that strengthens their body and thus Ghost would find it hard to possess them.
