Whats amazing is those who want to make Capitalism a demon in the world forget that its COMMUNISM based on MARXIST principles that have either murdered or been directly involved in the deaths of more than 60 million people and counting. They embrace Marxism with some hope that they will make it better, but it is given to corruption and has devastating consequences on those living under its control. No thanks. @ncrangers - that's complete bollox, when the govt under Stalin mechanised everything and ruined agriculture and pushed towards industrialisation, they were doing the complete opposite of what Marx and Engles wrote a sound healthy sane economy is based upon.
Had the followed advice in Das Kapital, they wouldn't have built a nation that way at all. & the world today would be a far better place for it.
I don't think even they actually believe this crap. It is just a "false front" for social change... More Marxism, but on a global level... Spread the wealth globally.... Make capitalist countries feel guilty and pay for social change, when they think they are paying for climate change. Check our "power shift, Van Jones" a self admitted Marxist and Communist ,social activist who believes in extreme forms of activism and is now one of Obama's Czars.
@1776again1 what do you suggest? Monopolize the wealth, and let them (the capital holders or the wealthy) decide about those who are in need? Or, let them decide who should be the presidents and make up laws in accordance to what they want? Obama is not even close to be socialist or communist, by the way. He is more like a puppet to serve a corporate owned government, i.e. the government you are talking about is a private government not social government.
