@Cabreraelizabeth I was backstage and got to meet him too. It actually the 2nd time I met him. Got a meet and greet pass from his Fan Club. Nice guy, but doesn't talk a lot. I met Randy Owen on Friday night and Heidi Newfield on Sunday night. Trace had the best song of the whole weekend with Ala Freakin' Bama. I'm waiting on the ringtone. Glad you enjoyed the video. I wish I had recorded the entire song, I didn't start until I heard "Ala Freakin Bama" and then I had to be fast with the camera.

yes, skynyrd is from florida......they wrote sweet home alabama as a response to neil young's song ''southern man''...not making fun of bama. they had a lot of influences from bama....just fyi :)

michigan? lol where did you find that at? the original band formed in jacksonville florida when they were in highschool. all of the original members were from jacksonville. i know my skynyrd lol i dont have to look it up. u may be thinking of kid rock....he released that 'all summer long' song like a year and a half ago that says sweet home alabama in it. he is from michigan...not any member of skynyrd

actually the band ALABAMA came out with the song Sweet Home Alabama first. Lynard Skynard just popularized it. RTR either way!

Look up Jay Speight on Google. This is his song and he does a better job of singing it, in my opinion.

I got his CD last year when he performed before the Alabama destruction of Clemson at the Georgia Dome.
