Well speak for yourself. Although i have voted for Ron Paul and Badnarik before him i do not vote for them because i need them to lead me, i vote for them because they are the perfect represenatives for my values and future. I understand where you are comming from, but this form of thinking is the one that installs the leaders we have had for hundred years. Militia needs leaders, not the government.

In response to your comment, my way of thinking never lead to the types of leaders that have been installed for hundreds of years.

Pioneers are necessary in each and every field of human endeavor.

I do not suppose a man like you needs a leader nor did I inference that in any of my  replys.

WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. I think I figured out my mis-understanding.

The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT needs a LEADER that thinks like Michael B. / Ron P.. Every ship has a captain and the Fed Gov has a president. They ARE the LEADERS of their organizations.

They are not MY leader. I am my leader. I am Self Determined.



The governement at all levels is the Servant that has a Leader that (in theory) answers to ME.

So I was thinking, theoretically, if we "could" outright own land, could you buy the land completely surrounding somebody's property and then you know, keep them captive?  What's keeping that from happening?

lol well don't forget out right buying the land only applies in texas..and you can buy the land around them but the main rodes are public...and as long as you are not restricting somone elses rights or harming or whatever than you're fine..so the keeping somoone captive idea wouldn't work with the concept of indiviual liberty

you can own land clear and outright. It is called having "Allodial Title" to it, then your land is your "Allodium".

Check out how to do a "Notice of Understanding and Intent" and a "Claim of Right".

Make sure you have clear and outright ownership of yourself (power of attorney) and on your land. That's all it takes... Notice and Grace.

The Notice require 3 witnessing signatures or a Notary Public seal, and then to be put in public record.

An Easement and title restrictions. And land is generally subdivided (either publically or privately) in such a way to prevent land-lock.

Well you also have a right to travel. If you cannot leave your property then you cannot travel and the person is overstepping your rights. I believe the government would have the authority to settle it.
