I don't know who in their right mind is sleeping in Buenos Aires at 1am. 99% of the people are out on the town. If you are sleeping at 1am you are an old raisin. I did notice that the noise only lasted a few minutes. Maybe a pipe busted. Surely they can't let the lower level flood so the old raisins can sleep. This guy probably complains everywhere he goes. This one isolated incident will not turn me away. Every other review I have read has been positive.

There was no busted pipe. They were remodeling.

1am or 1pm, they claim to be "away from the noise" so they need to be a bit more creative with their remodeling... or deal with the bad publicity, fewer guests and no repeat business.
