pretty funny how through the progression on the pmr still has a 11" barrel........& by the looks of it from this video they went back to composite material, i could be wrong & they still have that crap feedneck

but than again its thier low/mid level gun but still would be nice to see some upgrades since its been 4 years in to the pmr aside from the ul frame

it says max rof is 25bps but on all the reviews i have watched they said its about 15.5.

@beerpongmaster15 you can adjust it. the max may be 25, but you can change it for ramping. in tournaments, you have to have it capped at about 15 bps

Okay honestly though what is with all the hate for the new Proto rail 2011 they dropped the slg line because it had problems, this gun appears just to be a a cheaper version of the new proto reflex rail and has nothing like the internals of a slg although the appearance would look like a slg. No macroline get over it and fucking go buy a piece for $8 if its that much of a problem. I'd rather not have a G4 that breaks down every 5 secs or a gun that was meant for a 2 year olds hands (invert mini)

@shadowthread its a composite pmr for $150 off, IF its good i think it might sell more then the mini seeing as how some people bought the older pmr for $450 over the mini thats $325. I actualy liked the way pmr's shot and some shoot very well even without an lpr. I wouldnt say the mini is WAY better though. metal macroline is really stupid though, idk what they were thinking.

i like this idea alot better then the slg, now dye has a marker that can compete better and in a closer price range to the G4, old mini, and mayb AXE(idk how much they are). Its a pmr with an all composite body, they kept the same internals but made it so it could be as cheap as possible, look at the power and eye buttons, that probly saved around $25. look at the grips, not even UL grips. Almost the same as a 2009-10 pmr but for an slg UL price, good move. now all they need is a PM11!!!

@ZaiferOne i know there isnt going to be a pm11, this is replacing the SLG, the reflex is replacing the rail the reflex is called the proto reflex RAIL too. And did u mean DYE realized people could buy a Proto matrix 8 for example( not a proto matrix rail) for a better price?. A DM and a pmr are not the same not just because of the money but because of the parts like an lpr and fuse bolt. some1 who has the money to buy a Dm10 wouldn't buy a pmr 10 because of the money differences.

I'm glad about this change, basically, dye took away the SLG. The slg's always broke with the sear tripper design, and overall the way the gun functioned wasnt thought out well. They are offering now basically a spool valve slg at the low $300 price bracket. THE NEW PROTO REFLEX IS REPLACING THE 2010 PMR. Go look at that video. The reflex will be at $500 and it comes with a two peice barrel, the new camlock feedneck, etc. This gun is meant to replace the slg.
