@awesome7163 If you only knew that the DVP was also known at various times of day as the Don Valley Parkinglot then you'd understand why 100kmh would be a big deal...
@dataghost196 Don Valley Parkinglot. Yeah, all those people trying to get home to "Asiancourt." Hey, remember the Huber Hump? I did that fucker at about a buck 40 once. Daaaaamn.
@celebiboy123 Despite John Lennon's assassination, for me, the first half of the 80's was a pretty cool and fun time. However, the second half was just too "slick", big-haired and musically- conservative for me. Give me the late70's/early 80's (even the mid-60's) anyday.
music tech guys... you do know you can do use up to 3 audio tracks!! so I'm doing this song and recording the sax solo!! ;) couldn't really be arsed with all the synth editing and stuff that would have been needed for Cars!!
well basically I'm stumped a to which song I want to do.
The tempo in cars seems to be all over the place (much more so than in this track) however the Sax solo in this is bound to cause a great deal of hastle.
im 12 and i just turned 12 and i got a bunch of money for my birthday but this song is so much better than any other song my friends listen to they listen to crappy music
@fralexjames our music tech class have all agreed we're doing cars because of the insane sax solo in echo beach! there is more technology needed in cars, but echo beach will be harder to get a sound close enough to the original
First time I heard this song was in my car on WBCN-FM Boston, MA USA which was the greatest rock station at that time upon leaving Nantasket Beach in Hull, MA. I was driving over a bridge by the Quincy shipyard and nearly lost myself cranking it up loud!!! Stopped on the other side of the bridge at a Dairy Queen for an ice cream to celebrate a great summer tune.
lol I was the bass player in a band that covered this song...this was the only song that i used to pelvic thrust all the way through...it just has the greatest groove to it. Also our mediocre guitarist could paly this song so perfectly, it was great fun.
this tune was comlemeneted very well in my faves by ''the passions'' im in love with a german filmstar but the pricks removed it for some reason or other.
