  • @cullyz97 yeah man you're fucking right fuck Tyga and all these Young Money bitches, Shady Records 4 ever, 5'9" & Shady Detroit Baby!!!

  • I liked Eminem's verse... Wait...

  • @Dullelord D12*

  • @Dullelord: Don't try to correct someone...... and be wrong -____- Bad Meets Evil's first EP came out in '11, but the group was formed in like '00 before Royce and Em and D13 had a falling out. Ever heard "Renegades" by Jay-Z f. Eminem? It was Bad Meets Evil's song first.

  • from 2:18 to 2:24 is better then the whole thing lil wayne did in his whole life

  • court agrees

  • royce is dope as fuck

  • Comment removed

  • does anyone know what kind of car he's driving here?

  • @yourwife4523 I think it's a cavalier.

  • @yourwife4523 its either a 1949 cadalac or a 1950's chevorlet bel air

  • Real old schul nigars

  • oldies but goldies

  • if eminem's in your song its no longer your song

  • @Hotrod38991 Thats ignorant, Eminem is the best ever but this is Royce's Song. I mean i don't listen for Ems little bullshit few words in chorus. But at least your listening to this music so respect!

  • 2002 baby !! Damn those days where Gold !!

  • c'mon and rock wit me..

  • everybody chill get high and enjoy the music kabooooom!!!

  • Technically its Royce feat. Em but you could call it Bad Meets Evil. Anyway, how the heck could it be Em's song. It's on Royce's album and he's only on the chorus. Retard.

  • or just say bad meets evil

  • Royce is my new favorite black artist. why you ask? because he took an american classic and didnt "pimp" it out. Thanks for keepin' it original and classic Royce.

  • I'm pretty sure on any song it's Eminem ft.

  • 3:32.....

  • i am surely missing the 90's after i just listenned to this song for the 1000th time

  • @thenextboyTC21 Fail, this ain't 90's kid....

  • @EarForceTutorials dude the song was made in the 90's or 2000's not 2007

  • @thenextboyTC21 This song was part of Royce Da 5'9"'s album "Rock City 2.0" wich was released in 2002. So therefore this is not a 90's song.....

  • @EarForceTutorials buddy the song came out in 2001

  • @thenextboyTC21 As a single it came out in 2002, get your fucking fact's straight and deal with the fact that you were wrong.

  • @EarForceTutorials man this song as a single came out b4 the album came out. songs its the same with songs like fastlane and love the way you lie

  • @thenextboyTC21 It does not matter what part of 2002 the song came out or whether or not it came out before or after the album as single. Either way it came out in 2002, Deal with it.

  • i'm pretty sure it's royce da 5'9 ft. eminem

  • You guys need to buy the Bad Meets Evil album if u like this

  • @DoubleAIV Even though Hell The Sequel is solid none of the songs there can't be compared to this one, Scary Movies or any music they made back then.

  • @Bhulle008 idk i think a lot of Hell the Sequel is much better than people give it credit for...maybe it's just me i don't know but except for Lighters it was utterly dope and that song almost doesn't count lol....i love em and royce's older music but to say the new stuff can't be compared to this is a bit of an exaggeration i mean they both go extremely hard on that album

  • @theoldslimshady64 I don't know why people rant about Lighters just because it had Bruno Mars on it. It has maybe the best lyrical structure and delivery of all the songs there, take out the chorus and everyone would say that. But still as a fan for over a decade now, this stuff just doesn't sound cohesive, spontaneous and the flow remains the same for the most part, so to me it doesn't have that fun factor it had back then, that's why I still mostly rock the old stuff, and occasionally new.

  • @Bhulle008 I don't dislike Lighters just because of Bruno Mars, i actually like his voice. but lyrically it just didn't fit with the rest of the album...i think it would have been better on Recovery. and im not talking about how good the lyrics are i liked recovery im just saying the two albums are very different. and about the fun factor, listen to "a kiss" and tell me that the lady gaga line wasn't hilarious, or that I'm on everything isn't funny. and the last few lines of welcome to hell haha

  • @theoldslimshady64 Well that's right, the theme does fit Recovery. As for hilarious lines, there are some here and there, but what I'm talking about is the overall sound, flow patterns, syllables etc.. I don't undermine the new stuff and would never speak against it, as I said I listen to it every once in a while, but this old stuff is definitely better which is normal, any artist looses inspiration and passion they had early in their career. He'll never make Kim, Stan, Infinite etc. again.

  • @Bhulle008 Now I'm mad because i ran out of room on my other comment....yeah I understand what you're saying and it's true that people lose their stuff as they get older...it's actually kind of weird to think that em is almost 40. It's true that he's lost the spontaneous energy and attitude that he had back then, but when i listen to the Sequel his lines and metaphors are mind-blowing. "I'm tryna stay on fire so ya know if i hate water sprinklers i don't love the hoes" is awesome :) i love it

  • i only really like royce when he raps faster, i like eminem when he rapped a litter slower which was most of his old stuff but hes still great

  • shouldnt it be... Royce da 5'9 featuring eminem??

  • @TheWho852 yes lol

  • @TheWho852 no

  • @TheWho852 i think its BAD MEETS EVIL

  • @TheKarllo12 There is a place for BME and there's a place for solo work. BME is just a name they go under, like how Marshall goes under Eminem and Slim Shady. This was on Royce's album, not a BME album.

  • @TheKarllo12 its from 2002

Bad meets evil is group made in 2010-2011 -.-'

  • @TheWho852 It's always Eminem Ft.

  • @TheWho852 haha nooo

  • royce can go as hard as anyone in the rap game but its true that he came more known due to ems greatness and em now royce can handle 50 but 50 was more known he was looking for that green

  • Yeah ROck!!!

  • Royce N EM!!!!!! FUCK YOUNG MONEY

  • @Djforesto seriously, im tired of all that young money bullshit. thats why I dont rap about it

  • I bet 50% of the views on this vid were after Em said Rock City was his favorite song by Royce in the live stream.

  • royce never gets any credit, all eminem says is "come on and rock with me" but everything thinks eminem is great in this song

  • when did this come out 99?

  • @051290ma 2002

  • 5ad meets ƎVIL

  • search cezar slaughterhouse ....crazy

  • eminem trying to get his slim without the shady back :P u cAN TRY

  • BAD MEETS ƎVIL!!!

  • @69myko69 how you do the backwards E?

  • thank you to who ever dislikes this video because you made the "like" bar look like a joint... haha

  • Eminem is so fucking hot.

  • this is ok.. i'm a big eminem fan but it Em's parts sound kind of forced and royce was not nearly as good when this was recorded as he is now

  • Proof is a Legend, he passed but that doesnt mean he's gone.... Rest In Beats !!!

    R.I.B PROOF

  • Detroit till i die!

  • The song is good but em feat trick trick welcome to detroit is better, thumbs up if you agree

  • u know what i dont get why the fuck did royce say he is king of detriot when reality is eminem is

  • @codynator2000 Because em is king of the world...

  • eminem and 5'9 disliked this song 21 times just to buld the other rappers self asteme . thiS song sums up detroit in one song LETS HEAR IT FOR THE MOTOR CITY

  • where the fuck are the lyrics?? scum

  • i uploaded the rock city with better video quality /watch?v=uM8M2MbdfEg

  • If they ever make a new D12 album, i think Royce would be the best fill in for proof.

  • @KcMacK21 Fuzz Scoota is already in Proof's spot

  • @KcMacK21 royce is actually in slaughterhouse and D12 already have a new guy filled in for him named fuzz scouta or something like that

  • royce has passed em

  • 21 people obviously didnt like this song

  • eminem didnt write the song:When we asked Em and Royce about their collaboration "Rock City," Royce brought up the fact that despite doing the hook, Eminem didn't actually write it—his manager Paul Rosenberg did. Em even jokingly admitted, “Paul writes all my shit

  • @mhr0yo thats cuz royce is singing the whole son eminem doesnt even have a verse

  • I can't get enough of that chorus!!

  • @billy12149 actually this was from 2000

  • This is royce's song

  • Does this count as Bad Meets Evil?

  • from which year is this?

  • fuck off with debating who's song it is .. they both are great artists and its a dope song

  • @MrKeyes09 it even says right in the very beginning at the bottom :royce da 5'9 feat. eminem:

  • HE SAID CHALDEAN!! lol

  • shady back!!!! :(

  • how is this eminem ft royce when this song is clearly on royces lp

i like eminem but i wish people would get there heads out of his ass

  • gay

  • @harobmx123 just like u

  • @harobmx123 ^we know^

  • Royce Da 5'9 - Rock City ft. Eminem (Explicit)

    Should be called...

  • Fuck yea shadys back

  • @DeathAceAirsoft this was from about 3 years ago....

  • @billy12149 i mean like he's like this again

  • why is this on bet he is white

  • @dominickkoelemeyer

Do you not understand what BET stands for?? Or just color blind? Royce Da 5'9 is black and this is his song ft. Eminem. Eminem may not be black but he is one of the best rappers out there, and rap is black entertainment...smart one!! lol

  • @woodfinjr why do you all say lol after anything and thats a good point

  • is slim shady back?

  • @psmthunder eminem was never gone, he was just hiding kim's corpse

  • im detroits neighbor :)!

  • If i had money to record a song and make a video I would make all your shit look like shit besides my shit.

  • These guys make a good combo.

  • im royce da 4'11 lmao

  • this is royce song, eminem dont even rap in it.

  • @TheHiddenAnswer actually eminem made the song to bump up royce's rep. so eminem made the song especially for royce

  • love the refrain

  • Comment removed

  • Gezim911 how dare you diss proof u bastard !!!!!!!!!

  • @dabomb400 I didn't diss Proof.

Plus, did you ever care about Proof before he died? once he died, everyone was sucking Proof's dick because he was Eminem's best friend. Over 90% of Eminem fans didn't even bother to listen to Proof's solo albums and mixtapes. Here is a list of Detroit rappers and groups that you may not have heard of: Elzhi, The Left, Guilty Simpson, Black Milk and Esham. I bet you don't know half of these rappers.

  • @Gezim911 i cared about him b4 and after he died and got all his shit

  • @PaigeYeadon well then, you're the 10% of Eminem fans that actually care, good to see SOMEONE gives a fuck about Proof and aren't one of those idiots that say 'R.I.P. Proof We Will Miss You!!!!!' that don't even bother to check Proof's solo shit.

  • @Gezim911 Why do you have to check out his "solo shit" in order to appreciate his performance and voice in D12?

  • @bjjacobsen78 because Proof was a dope emcee before he died, just being known for work with D12 (who are only known because of Eminem anyway) is a waste, Proof was one of the best hip-hop musicians in Detroit along with J Dilla (RIP), Bronze Nazareth, The Left, Elzhi, Esham, Black Milk, Royce Da 5'9", Guilty Simpson and countless other underrated Detroit artists. Most people probably didn't even care about Proof's performance in D12. If another D12 member died tomorrow, it would be 2006 again.

  • @Gezim911 Proofs a fucking legend

  • @GamersParadice313 let me ask you this: do YOU listen to Proof's solo material?

If you do, then good. If you don't, then just shut the fuck up. If Swifty from D12 died tomorrow, you'd be saying 'Swiftys a fucking legend' or if Kuniva died tomorrow, you'd be saying 'Kunivas a fucking legend'

If you do actually listen to Proof, then yeah, call him a legend. But if you're just saying he's a legend because he was Eminem's best friend, then just fuck off.

  • @Gezim911 I do listen to proof ive heard his music and its great hes 1 of the best and always will be ,

  • @Gezim911 and proof and eminem are the only ones from D12 i really like bizzare should just quit cuz he sucks hoenslty ,, and kuniva and them there great but they aint the best ,, proof and eminem Are the best

  • @GamersParadice313 ah, good, I'm glad you ACTUALLY listen to Proof, unlike most of Eminem fans.

I agree with Bizzare, he's funny but he's lame. Kuniva and the rest are OK, they're mediocre to me so I don't like D12. Proof is definitely the 2nd best in D12, his solo albums and mixtapes are all great, I wish he was still alive and made a song with Bronze Nazareth. Detroit's hip-hop scene is underrated, deserves WAY more respect and attention.

  • yeah i agree

  • @Gezim911 Bizzare has mad tallent you just cant tell by all the talk of raping dogs and stuff. but if you listen to some new stuff like down this road, it really showes you whats he capable of.

  • @Mrbigtoe2 it sounds good, I guess you're right.

  • @Gezim911 speaking of his solo do you know were i can get i miss the hip hop shop?? i already have searching for jerry garcia

  • @kingscutox it's currently in stock on Amazon

  • @Gezim911 Proofs solo shit was better than the shit he did with D12 and Eminem he was a much better solo artist he should have done more of solo befor he died

  • @MegaEminemD12 I agree, D12 were never a great rap group anyway. Not saying they're wack, they just aren't that much different to the rest of the rap groups out there. Eminem and Proof were much better releasing solo material, Em and Royce should have released a Bad Meets Evil album 10 years ago, it would have been classic. Not saying that the Bad Meets Evil album released this year was bad, I even bought it. It's just not the same as this classic shit.

  • @Gezim911 The only two good rap groups to ever exist were N.W.A and Wu tang then all the outhers have allways been bad i don't see whats the big deal is about the outlawz immortals they were pretty bad as rapppers so was Junior mafia lil kim was acceptable but all the outhers were terrible. Anouther thing D12 ruined was Royce and eminems group eminema nd royce were gonna start the bad meets evil group back in the slim shady lp but royce had a beef with D12 so eminem and him started a beef

  • @MegaEminemD12 I already know about the Royce/D12 beef.

But seriously, what about Run DMC, Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, A Tribe Called Quest, Non-Phixion, Jedi Mind Tricks, e.t.c.

Those rap groups are legendary, all of them have released classic rap albums and some of them are still making albums.

  • @MegaEminemD12 no royce had beef with em because he signed 50 instead of him. and there's only two good rap groups are you a fucking dumbass? gangstarr, a tribe called quest, the pharycyde, run fucking dmc, the beastie boys, cypress hill, the lox, brand nubian, three 6 mafia, naughty by nature, bone thugs, geto boyz, the roots, public enemy........are you fucking stupid?

  • @MercaStaphInfection i don't like the stuff u stated i respect them for what they did but i don't like them. have a problem with that?

  • @MegaEminemD12 yeah, i do because first of all your info was wrong, and also because you have to be dumb as fuck to listen to listen to hip hop and claim that wu-tang and nwa are the only good rap groups. that's stupid as fuck man i mean i guess we all have our own opinions but what you just said was ridiculous.

  • @MercaStaphInfection i said i respect them. I don't like them your the only person that being rediculosly stupid for trying to defend people that existed befor u were fucking born. u props just some dumb ass 9 year old kid trying to defend groups he was't even born when they existed i like N.W.A and wu tang caus they were around when i was growing up. Run dmc and all the outher shit u posted were't i don't like them ur the only person whos being fucking rediculesly retarded

  • @MegaEminemD12 1. i'm 16 2. "The only two good rap groups to ever exist were N.W.A and Wu tang then all the outhers have allways been bad " - that is what you said. it is a dumb statement. 3. if you were alive for N.W.A., then every group i mentioned was around when you were growing up...4. you are a dumbass but like i said i guess we all have our own opinions.

  • @Gezim911 When I was very young i didn't know any rappers except for Eminem..I didn't know the lyrics either but his flow was what made me carry on listening to him back in 99! Only know proof's death recently... But I'm still a fan of Eminem, listening to his old songs I am like damn is that what I was listening to when I was young! lol

  • @Abdulrahman622 well, at least check out some of Proof's material before he died, he's done songs with Method Man, Chino XL, B-Real, e.t.c.

  • 59 is the second best wen he sings with em

  • white boys look act and rap like slim

  • Eminem is my favorite rapper ever! Nicki Minja is my favorite female rapper ever! I wish i could meet both of them!

  • @hotpinkgirl8892 they may date

  • Think you could put the eminem hook in the instrumental? if possible.

  • The Baaaaaaaad

    The Eeeeeeeevil

  • em's hot in this. haha

  • its eminem ft roycxe da 5'9 cuz eminem basically made the whole song, producing it, making the beat, mastering it...royce just did the lyrics

  • @katieandkenna1 Lol eminem didn't even produce this, it was red spyda. It's from Royce's album so that's basically his song. Your logic is so flawed, so you're saying that The real slim shady is dr dre's song because he produced it. P.S Making a beat is part of producing lol.

  • isn't it Bad Meets Evil- Rock City ? (whose don't know BME is a duet em and royce)

  • @russia086 this is a song on Royces SOLO album, so no, it's Royce feat. Eminem - Rock City.

  • 3:34 proof and royce(:

  • Just imagine if Royce didnt started beef with D12 in 2001 and patiently waited for his time to blow.

Than 1999-2006 was Shady Aftermath D12 50 Cent G-Unit Obie Trice AND Bad Meets Evil everywhere you looked.

  • royce wak!!!! em in a higher class den dat nigga!!

  • I watched beef 2 n if it wasnt for keno ( royces manager ) he would be bigger n wouldve arguably been in BET's top 10 of the past decade

  • @THATKID008 agreed he wuld av got that commercial attention on sahdy's label aswell

  • DOPE

  • Royce Da 5'9 Ft Eminem Idiots.

Eminem didn't even have a verse in this song.

  • Very good song!

     ROYCE & EMINEM FOREVER!

  • Royce didn't kill it right in this song, maybe he didn't mean to. But I fuckin know for a fact that Eminem made this song better. I just love his *chickachicka* voice and he looks damn cool in this music video. That's the only reason I watch this.

  • this is wrong, Royce Da 5'9 feat. Eminem is the right title.

  • @pinkybunnies18 exactly lol

i love eminem, but i hate the bandwaggoning, dick-riding fans who act like em is the only rapper that ever existed. i mean, give credit where credit is due.

  • cause this song would be nothing without eminem and he made the beat!

  • hahahah BET throwback sign classic!!

  • if i were eminem i would have beat his lights out when he said "im the king of detroit"

  • @Purplepiranhas Eminem ain't the king of Detroit, trust me, it's Royce Da 5'9".

  • @Gezim911 i refuse to believe that

  • @Purplepiranhas Eminem doesn't represent Detroit very well, he barely ever mentions how dope the Detroit hip-hop scene is. Royce Da 5'9", Esham (he sucks now, but still) and D12 do represent Detroit, on the Recovery album, how many times did Eminem mention Detroit? Exactly. Eminem is in a world of his own, most Eminem fans don't even give a fuck about other Detroit rappers, do you even know who Guilty Simpson is?

  • @Gezim911 mentioning detroit over and over doesnt make you the king of detroit. Eminem does respect detroit and he also is the best rapper from detroit

  • @Purplepiranhas do you even know what the 313 is ?

  • @Jannie171 the area code
