I've learned to not rely on items and abilities but rather just monsters and to have enough of each level to make summoning a breeze. Also a theme for your dice pool is helpful.

You're right about the AI sucking. After a while, the only way for me to have any challenge while playing was to try and win in some epic way.

"Right, I'll beat Yami with only Red-Eyes Black Dragon, and I'll let him dimension 10 monsters, all of which I'll have to destroy."

i wanted the dice you roll in the actual game to fold out into different paths that you could create...you could make it any kind of path as long as it folds up into a dice without disconnecting the joints

I used to be a big fan of the show, but I grew out of anime. I still love all Yu-Gi-Oh games though. Duel Monsters and Dungeon Dice Monsters are both very strategic games, which is why I can't help but love them. And they both have such depth and detail, that it just adds to the beauty of it all.

I loved this game. Still do. I remember when I found YVD (Yugioh Virtual Desktop) I also found DDMO (Dungeon Dice Monsters Online) and I quickly downloaded it. It was pretty awesome but it's no longer up for download. I have the real game and I had the GBA version downloaded. But if I can get the online version again and if someone else has it, I'd love to play them.

I have this game...I didn't buy it, found it so I took it. I personally hate Yu-Gi-Oh, but the game is fairly good. I love how I can make Ryu-Kishin powered's att to like 90+ with bunch of the lamp thingys. Its a good game but the com sucks.

1. Why the hell can you CHOOSe what Dice you wanna roll?

i just bought this game used a couple days ago and ddm is a good game but in the gba game the opponent doesnt really try that hard to fight back but it is still fun. a ds remake would be awesome lke moving monsters with the touch screen and maybe the oppenent would try more.

I never really considered a dice pool for competitive play. I've only played against the bad AI and my dad in the real-world version (We only had 5 monsters each...)
