For the record, it probably isn't his tone, but the microphone he uses. In my experience, all except the most specialized microphones tend to pick up trumpet sounds poorly.

@everyone who said this guy sucks and they can play it better. 1: this TUTORIAL is for BEGINNERS, judging by his tone he sounds like he's experienced with jazz (yes he could probably play those show off high notes). just practice, thats all, it may be difficult to play at first, but once you practice and dont stop, you get awesome, try some 2 years and you got the basics down, or even better
