The kitchen you get once you unlocked the TV Shopping channel (by something from Supermarket for a total of 10 days) - they will sell a table. Buy it and ask Gotz to upgrade your house.

Afterwards you'll have to wait for the Kitchen to be shown at the TV Shopping, as well as the utensils.
