hi I was on that third Desiro at 1:11 we were going to the imax cinema and we all got very agitated because the train stopped everywhere eventually got to london over 2 hours late. Good vid though 5*

So the Class 455 coming in at platform 2 and reversing back - were they running a shuttle service between Virginia Water and Waterloo/Staines, or something? Or were the 445s running to Reading (I know that has happened a few times)?

@eltonator There was a shuttle service from VW to Waterloo. The line to Reading was shut.
