The people who have this one in a cage saved it's life. A mama monkey will examine it's baby. If she sees anything different about it, missing an arm, foot, or like this coloring, she will abandon it or eat it. The leader of the troop would kill it if he saw it, so it was probably left behind. Every time you see a cage or leash it doesn't automatically mean abuse. I feel sorry for them, monkeys are horrible pets. They can't even be house trained like a pig can.

Monkeys are very intelligent, the capacity you might expect of a five year old human. And they live 30-50 years. Therefore, if you're going to adopt it, think of it as a child.
Also, dogs fight to survive, but monkeys are masters of their environment, for the most part they live a playful, easy life. It's really a disservice to remove them from their habitat.

I understand. I think it's horrible too. I really wish humans could leave forests alone as well as the many animals that have made the forests their habitats. Poor ittle baby, dosen't even have a stuffie to cling too! That cold wire mesh is not at all appropriate housing for this little fella. So sad, very cruel! Karma is a bitch, had to be around when when the fates come to collect !

You guys are flipping out without even knowing the entire situation. No one said the monkey lived in the cage or had been stolen from its mother or was being experimented on, etc.
Quite frankly, it's probably much safer in that cage than out in the wild; it wouldn't last a day with that coloring.

I understand. I think it's horrible too. I really wish humans could leave forests alone as well as the many animals that have made the forests their habitats. I really hate seeing the little cats in the cages of pet stores, looking sad, and some just sleeping all day. I wish they had a wider place in which to roam, but there's no stopping the caging of small animals, really.

thing is they could of saved it from pochers or somthing and that its staying in that cage for a while or the fact is there moving it or just keeping him or her in there. i dont realy agree on animals that belong in the wild to be kept as pets but to me it looks like thats not wear it lives. no soft place for it to sleep, food, water exept that little yellow thing but that looks empty

Damn these people to hell for an eternity for putting this poor little baby in this terrible cage . This baby NEEDS its mothers milk and comforts and does not need to be experimented on . Someone or group needs to free this little guy.
