  • Perfection.

  • @KhloeKobain Aww thank you! :)

  • I FUCNNN LOVE THT QUOTE

  • did you make this up yourself?? or did you get it from something else?

  • @emilymarie1992 It's a quote by Neil Gaiman

  • @emilymarie1992 From his Sandman series, "The Kindly Ones." I used to audition with this monologue. One of the best!

  • A good tip is to pull your hair out of your face because allows the audience to see more emotion another idea is to use some guesters or block so it keeps the attention of the audience and if it is a monoluge it has to have a rising action, climax and resolution. great inflection :)

  • this is honestly really good.

  • @anybodywantapickle thank you so much :)

  • really good! did you do this in 1 take?

  • @djboyoboyo thanks! i sure did :)

  • @dialfordisaster great work! :)

  • You should try putting a little more anger at the end but other than that it was good!

  • i like it! good work girl.

  • thanks! :)

  • Post your video on TheScenePlayer channel as a video response. Trying to build a community of actors. Let's get it going.

  • U look like callie torres from greys..

  • that isn't the first time someone has told me that. its a compliment :) she's pretty hehe. thanks!

  • Why aren't you wearing an emo haircut?

    I'm all confused now :S

  • wow, you're so good this actually seemed like you were serious!

im going to use this speech for my drama class tomorrow. :P

  • thanks! glad i could help ;)

  • You are amazing!

  • thanks a lot :)

  • i like this ; you really good . & how do you go about getting an agent ?

  • I think I might steal this and do this for an audition. You're awesome.

  • fine by me. but be careful. for most auditions it is expected of you to do a monologue from a play or screenplay. this is not a monologue it is a quote. i'm glad you like it though, thanks for watching! :D

  • My friend told me to watch this and I was like "I've seen it already" I love this though.

  • wow really? :D haha thank you

  • Yeah it's great. You should get an agent in Toronto.

  • i have one :) i'm with fulcher talent

  • Oh, that's great! So what have you done?

  • Is that with ACTRA?

  • Plenty of people in the agency are with ACTRA. I however haven't gotten any big union jobs yet. You need to get 6 (i believe) to be part of the union :(

  • Oh, like I mean is it on the ACTRA website?

  • thanks :)

  • Where did you get this?

    Very well done.

  • i'm not too sure where I got it to be honest. Its a quote by a man by the name of Neil Gaiman though. Just thought it'd make a good monologue :)

  • Thanks I looked it up online and I got it. You have good eye for that.

  • idk....Y U GOTTA RUIN A DREAM! :P

  • ahah awe i'm sorry, didn't mean to :) lol

    i liked the idea

  • ah ok as long as u liked the idea :P ill prolly put up my own monologue but idk :P

  • give it a shot :)

  • i say we do one together seem like were the same age :P not much of an actor but im veri dramatic n that was veri good

  • thanks :D

haha but how do you propose we do that?

  • hey!

that was great! Do u mind if I steal it/borrow it?.. I'm writting a song and I wanted a strong monloque about love like this to go as a sample

  • thank you. and yeah sure no problem! :)

    good luck with the songwriting

  • hey this is awesome, im going to "steal" it for the monologue on my showreel. i hope you dont mind :)

  • yea sure no problem :D

    thanks for watching <3

  • very good.

  • ty :D

  • I love that quote. This was really really REALLY good.

  • ya i love it too,

    one of my favorites.

    thank you so much :)

  • wow very realistic and believable!

    good job girl!

  • thanks! :D

  • yea, u re right! we become vulnerable ,

  • unfortunatly *hmph* :(

  • hey, you really talented.(: I love this monologue, could I use it?

  • thank you very much

and sure, i didn't write it.

its a quote by neil gaiman :)

  • can i sample the start of this monologue and use it? good work!

"have u ever been in love? horrible isn't it?"

    make me know. thanks!

  • thank you :)

    and sure.

this entire "monologue" is actually a quote by a man by the name of neil gaiman, it isn't my own material.

  • That was truly powerful. Keep going!

  • thanks a lot :)

  • i really like it :)

  • thank you :)

  • what monologue is this

  • this is actually a "quote" by Neil Gaiman. i really liked it and though it would make a good monologue.

  • good my only suggestion would be to try and change the emotion in your voice more. it would make your point and ur feeling come through more!

  • you are good!

  • thank you :)
