i dont like this,cause my docter tell me its not good to make a lipo AND a tummy tuck! and i dont like the scar that goes to the bellybutton.why they do this? in every other op here in youtube they dont do this.....just by verry big people and a lot of skin....

It would've been nice if you'd included tape of the patient post-op. A few months after surgery would have been a better indicator of her results vs. lying flat immediately post surgery.

It isn't so easy for every one to be CAPABLE of exercising. Once you hit a certain limit even riding an exercise bike can be difficult.

Is not about diet or exercise, is about pregnancy and hanging of the skin that does not go away with anything but the surgery

Well some have stretched excess skin from pregnancy though. That skin loses elasticity and won't go back to its original place. I do understand what you mean though, some of these cases seem overkill.

Not really cause the tummy tuck is only for when you have loose skin, first you would have to loose the fat and then have the tummy tuck.
