  • The film makers neglected to say those are pot bellied pigs which will grow huge. Micro pigs just like toy dogs, minature horses, donkeys etc are different and will not grow to full size. Anyone interested in keeping 'tea cup' pets needs to talk to their vet first, to learn more about how the animals are bred so small before they commit to keeping one. I am no expert so won't try to explain on this forum. But for the record pot bellied pigs are not micro pigs.

  • I want one. ^^ No- Even better: a Hogzilla Pig with a saddle!

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS VIDEO. IV'E HAD A POTBELLY PIG FOR 14 YRS. I'M NOT AN EXPERT, BUT YOU ARE SO RIGHT ABOUT MICRO PIGS. I WISH THAT EVERYONE WHO'S THINKING ABOUT GETTING A PIG WOULD DO THEIR 'HOMEWORK' FIRST. A PIG, (ANY PIG) IS A BIG RESPONSIBILITY. TOO MANY PIGS END UP IN SHELTERS BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT PIG 'PETS' ARE NOT LIKE DOGS OR ANY OTHER PETS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY SMART....... EXTREMELY SMART. BE WELL & PICK A PET PIG WISELY........... RHONDA

  • Maybe they aren't 'micro,' but they certainly weigh a whole lot less when they're adults than normal adult pigs. There's a difference of almost two hundred pounds.

Besides, I'd love my big adult piggy no matter what. They're incredibly smart!

  • Awwwwwwwwwwww! I want one! C:

  • My neighbors had a big ol' pig as a pet when I was a little guy, I've always wanted one. Maybe when I have a lot of space, I hear they make good pets and it would be pretty fun. :D

  • They carry their balls on their chin.

  • just keep the piggies as pets when they are small and cute, then butcher them when they are older for meat.

  • If I lived in a house instead of an apartment I still wouldn't mind having a pig as a pet. They're actually VERY intelligent little animals and quite social and "talkative". So size wouldn't matter to me. I just wonder why they call these pigs micro or mini when they still grow up to be the size of a regular full grown pig. That's why people buy them thinking they'll forever be small. They're only "fun size" in their baby states lol.

  • what are those scrotum's on their necks?

  • @SergeantDizzle00 Omg hahahahahahaha!

  • fry some bacon as the pigs sit on the couch

  • Aww but I want one <3 :(

  • This is stupid the micro pigs are breed to be small

  • WHOA!!! COW PIG!!

  • I don't care how big they are I would never buy something with testicles growing out of its neck.

  • I will ask them to hold a everstone so that they don't evolve....

  • I need a mount for my adventures.

  • I have a miniature Pot bellied pig. I am fully aware of how large he is going to get and I don't care. I love him and do everything in my power to make sure he is happy and well taken care of.

  • im having one of those

  • N'AWWW OMG I WANT ONE N'AWWWWW ITS TOO CUTE! D:

  • Oh my god. My manliness has been completely drained.

  • how i end up hare from watching vocaloids!!

  • they're so cute and squishy!

  • I always figured a micro-pig(if such things exist) would make a great dinner for two...

  • what are those dangly things on the pig's neck at 0:10 ?

  • @ksanfor The pig's a Ballchinian!

  • Why would the owners of big pigs be unhappy? first they got to enjoy a small cute pig, now they get to enjoy a hog roast.

  • yeah they get big but they are smarter and cleaner than a dog.

  • Why do they have balls on their neck?

  • Sweet! I've just received my free minecraft giftcode!

    >> minecraftcodes.info <<

  • Awwwwww.

  • What is on their neck?

  • @SuperCorndog12 those are called dingle berries

  • Bacon Strips!!

  • Im only here cause alchestbreach likes this nuff said

  • @DingDOOful Me Too!!!!!!

  • my friend actually owns a micropig and it hasn't grown any bigger in the last 3 or 5 years so they are real just hard to come by

  • OMG how far does ALChestBreach venture into YouTube to find these kind of videos!?

  • why do the have nut sacks hanging from there neck what are those?

  • Alchestbreach liked this video...

  • 0:42 OMNOMNOMNOMNOM

  • Adult sized micro pig = about 60 pounds and the size of a medium sized pig

  • That's not a micro piglet if he gets that big. Micro pigs /stay/ small.

  • man i wonder how they taste

  • Comment removed

  • when i see the word micro i always think of microwaves :P

  • What are the two things that hang from it's neck called?

  • @IanBpa

    its there balls ^^

  • Comment removed

  • @MrFalangist Yeah, that's why the females have them right?

  • Actually,I have a mini-pig (VERY well cared for)and he's only about 50 lbs. Granted, the people that sold him to me tried to convince me that he'd only be 28 lbs.,but I already knew better since I researched beforehand. He's a wonderful friend, but in all honesty,a terrible pet.I just couldn't imagine raising him,and when he got over 20 lbs, giving him up.They're VERY intelligent,head-strong and loyal.Don't assume that you'll be getting an animal ready to trot about in cute costumes, though.

  • I THINK THE PROPER WORD INSTEAD OF MICRO WOULD BE "BABY"....LOL. I mean seriously, if they grow normal sized then they're just regular old baby pigs =/

  • @NanaNarcotic Pigs are Micro/Mini through breeding and diet

The pigs they show are overfed

  • @MiiilkyChan Except this showed that the advertisers couldn't even provide any facts or proof that there IS such thing as a "micro" pig. These pigs aren't overfed at all LOL, they are average sized for that animal. They swindle people out of their money by selling piglets who grow into pigs ( ._. ) how is this a difficult concept.

  • @NanaNarcotic I highly doubt you even own one

People tend to assume the remain tiny. Most people don't research them enough before buying them. Micro pigs and mini pigs grow up to be around the size of a medium sized dog. Thats mini compaired to the 300 pound pigs they raise on farms

  • @MiiilkyChan Never said I did, did I? Sure, a medium sized dog that can weigh over 150 pounds and wreaks havoc on your home. When people hear mini/micro there's a misconception that these will STAY as small as when they're bought. These are farm animals, they're not meant to live inside your house, LOL.

  • @NanaNarcotic Chemicals were never ment to be in your hair either but that doesnt stop you :D

  • @MiiilkyChan LMAO I just LOVE how it jumped from talking about farm animals to personally attacking my hair. You know, because that has EVERYTHING to do with breeding baby pigs so that the offspring is stunted and then lying to customers about it. The internet never fails to amaze me. I'd like to point out that that argument isn't even clever (if that's what you were aiming for) it pretty much has as much to do with this topic as Queen Elizabeth being brought up in the subject of death metal.

  • @NanaNarcotic LETS JUST FIGHT ON THE INTERNET WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • @MiiilkyChan I'm not one for starting fights hahaha

  • @NanaNarcotic Sorry for becoming kind of a bitch about it

  • @MiiilkyChan It's cool.

  • @NanaNarcotic Lots of people keep pot-bellied pigs as pets. I've seen someone who lived with one in an apartment just fine. Big ol' fat thing. I don't know where you got the misconception that they are strictly farm animals.

  • @Highbernating Misconception? They're legally recognised as livestock. If you want to baby one as a pet, by all means go ahead, but they should have a fenced area to be able to have the freedom to go outside :/ Consider the welfare of the animal and give it a proper facility. You wouldn't buy a gigantic dog and keep it cooped up in an apartment either.

  • @NanaNarcotic I'm not saying they aren't livestock, I'm just saying its a misconception that they are ONLY livestock. But ya, I agree, you should be well equipped for any larger animal, including pigs.

  • Thanks for posting this, I didn't know that they could get that big and I've often considered getting a pet pig. I'd still like to have one, but now I'll have to figure in how big my living space is in for such an animal. Thanks again!

  • don't eat them!!!!!!

  • those arent micro pigs those are normal potbelly pigs thats why they are so big they are considered mini compared to the standard farm pig. There are real mini pigs but they are the mini version of the potbelly so they are even smaller ranging from 15-60lbs

  • @mdancer77 Micro, mini, and tea cup pigs are all the same, people breed 4 or 5 month old pot bellys to sell the illusion of the pigs not getting bigger, or by not feeding the pigs enough so they wont grow, also causing shorter life span with more issues, if you research this in depth, it will really open your eyes to what people do to their pigs for money. Sickening. Many people buy a "Micro pig" expecting no more then 50 pounds, but thats how big they get with proper care.

  • @CodysTuffLilLena THANK YOU.

  • Those potbellie's colors are stunning! What breed/color variation are they?

  • mini potbellieds can get up to 200lbs but julianies or some other breeds stay below 50lbs

  • @catchy53197 I work at a pig rescue, with pigs getting dropped off ALL the time because they get too big for their owners, and I've NEVER heard of a healthy pig, any breed, less than 75 lbs or so.

  • i dont see the problem once it gets to big you simply eat it!!!

  • @stephwoopwooop your a stupid bitch -.- how could you eat something you raised into your home :/

  • @AxiomAnarcho It's not stupid, people used to live with animals a few hundred years ago, then eat them when they needed to. I wouldn't, but it's not something that never happens.

  • i dont get it!! i want one that stays little how do they stay little!!!!

  • When i get lots of money i want a farm full of those pigs.

  • good lunch

  • What is that hanging thing at 00:10 ?!?!

  • lol for the rich and famous dumb how about i just go trap so boar pups and keep them for free idiots

  • Damn...people be going HAM for these pigs

  • My animals are far from being underfed! I just don't give into begging. I give all my animals the recommended amount of food plus treats throughout the day, and they are active. I believe in keeping all pets happy and healthy!

  • There are mini pigs...I have my second one now. You have to keep them on their diet and exercise them like any other animal. People just give them whatever they want and they get too big. They are bread to be small, and the owners need to stick to their diet and they won't get bigger than 20lbs. If u overfeed them and don't exercise them they will get big and too much weight for their bodies....and that is animal abuse!

  • @xtina61985 so is underfeeding them..

  • like if u want one :D x

  • Plus you have to feed them specific food.

  • There is such a thing as micro pigs. It's just that most dealers will sell piglets claiming them to be the genuine article.

  • What are those things hanging from their necks?

  • its really hard to get a reliable buyer becaue there are few pigs that are around 20-30 pounds at 4 years of age but you really need to ask to see the parents before adopting or buying

  • my best mate wants one!she even has a calander & a book on how to look after them!!!!!! xxxxx they are so cuteeeeee

  • they're so cute and squishy!

  • i want one now !!!!!1

  • WTF are those things hanging of their necks??

  • I love the pigs featured on here but these Kune Kune pigs are definitely meant to live outside, not like some of the truly small Miniature Vietnamese Potbelly Pigs or the Mini Juliana pigs.

  • cuteness overdose!!

  • @georginacronin sorry but no that's not true

  • My pot bellied pig is 120 pounds. It's so sad when people don't know they get bigger and end up abandoning them.

  • but will it blend?

  • XD

  • i smell bacon.

  • What the fuck are those things on it's neck?

  • I believe they grow cause you begin to spoil them with human food. Mini-pigs are malnutritioned.

  • Are my eyes decieving me or Did I just see a piglet with his Nuts hanging on the sides of its neck!

  • @marcmody those are wattles

  • Those one that grow to that size arent micro pigs they are some cross between a potbelly and somethin else anyway pigs are awesome id just want a normal one that grew to a normal size.

  • i wanna kick one in front of a train :D

  • Individual strips of bacon

  • Firstly the only reason these people end up with big fat sows is because they don't make the breeder provide paperwork and lineage proving that the pig is a pure bread Juliana. They are the only breed that stays that small. If you buy a cross bread with anything else this happens.

I have three pure bread Julina's and they don't get any bigger than a fat Jack Russel. If you are going to buy one you need to examine the parents your self to make sure THEY are small full grown and pure bread...

  • but there are real wild macro pigs that live in india :D

  • Bacon: The Early Years

  • not to be rude people buuuuuut no if you guys do your research better there are TYPES of micro pigs that stay that same size NOT ALL micro pigs grow to be as large as an actual pig

  • @scenelove101 this is funny even to talk about micro pigs and shit.. if you want pigs you must have place to put them so they are happy and comfortable they deserve a happy life even if they are going to be grilled in the future, it is ridiculous that some people gives them hormone shits to stay small.

  • I thought the big pig was pretty cute itselff<3

  • Pigs is poor :-( they,grew I

    Up been eaten by people.

  • @IVYLOWJE Yum yum =D

  • TITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    0:42

  • nipple

  • i want a pig, no matter what size it gets ^_^

I love them and ppl should do more research before buying.

    Ty for the info

  • @911Vanny

Yes, that IS true but the sellers shouldn't be deceptive and tell their buyers that the pigs will stay small their whole lives. I am *SO* disgusted by dishonest people in ANY setting, ESPECIALLY sales.

  • @kingvahagn2011 The shouldnt but they are. And ppl know how business is. So they should take the responsibility and do research on what they want.

  • the only way to not have it grow is to not to have it eat much

  • They are soo cute but thanks for the information. What a surprise that would be to bring it home and watch it get bigger everyday!

  • More minipigs in website MinipossuNasu !

  • They make great pets, but only if the owner is willing to take care of it when it gets big

  • cute i need i

  • Sooo all pigs get to be that big??

  • The ma'z whole body of furry air could use some loreal paris...

  • awwww!! :3 CUtE!!

  • There is such a thing as micro pigs. They are pigs that have been genetically engineered to stay small.

  • @counterclockwise123 no there aren't Micro pigs grow to knee height at age 5-6

  • chipiggy

  • I like my piggies on my plate.

    JK I'm a vegetarian xD

  • @Rinnnna .... vegetarian... old indian word for poor hunter

  • How can the owner be unhappy just because its piggy grows? its cute anyway if small or big. u dont get rid of dogs if they grow to big eather. i have always wanted a piggy for my bulldog as a brother.

  • @johmarie7 >: Actually people DO get rid of dogs if they grow big.

That's one of the most common reasons they're sent to the pound/shelter. The owners say "oh, I didn't know he was going to grow THIS big- we have no room for her."

  • @johmarie7 I was cute as a toddler, now as an adult not so cute (and not suitable as a pet at all).

  • @t1hero

many people think my dog is the ugliest one alive! but still to me he is cute and will always stay endearing to me. if i raise a pet no matter what it is i avow for it! even if it turns out to look pot-ugly! its still my pet isnt it?

  • @johmarie7 I think the complaint has to do with room for a much bigger animal than expected.

  • @LanaBanana130 so it might get big. so what? get a bigger place. or throu out a lot of all the useless stuff everybody has in their homes. smaller fridge f.e. or smaller sofa. familymember is familymember. not that pet and human equals same value-wise but its a familymember aswell.

  • @johmarie7 As a person who owns a small dog in a one room, I can tell you it's not that easy.

  • @LanaBanana130 ok. but i would recomend that a person in a one room apartment just sticks to the proved small animals. if it is not sure if the pig would grow i just wouldnt consider getting one. even if it is so cute. no need to take chances. small-bread-puppies are just as cute arent they. but what if a person in a one roome appartment receives a small-pig as a present -and it grows? - i think that if something has to be it will find its way. humans get used to things. even living situations.

  • No, it can't. This is genetic mutation. But you must buy a "real micro pig" - not something that seller told that this is mikro xD

  • @MorganClarieLeFay I dont buy anything

  • @johmarie7 keep in mind that if you get a pet pig and a pet dog you have to keep their food dishes far away from each other. Pigs are naturally prey to wild dogs and even the friendliest of dogs can return to instinct based thought and attack the pig. Also pigs are very territorial about their food so the best way to avoid conflict in general is to feed them different food (so they know which food is theirs) and keeping their food and maybe their feeding times separate

  • @seanmobar23 thank you. I think you are right about that. but I got rid of the idea of keeping a pet pig. I believe that animals can smell if people eat their kind or sth. so the pig you would be sad to smell that visitors eventually eat its kind. (not me sertainly) but well my frenchy is kind of piggy sometimes anyway. grunting and stuff so hes a dog-pig best of both worlds in a way.

  • I want one even when it grows big I will still welcome it.I like the way the older ones have wrinkles covering their eyes it's cute

  • I LOVE PIGGIES,3!!!!

  • Those look like kune kune which do get pretty decently sized, and are not normally sold as "micro pigs" Most micro pigs I have seen actually do grow to the sizes that well known breeders have claimed they will. No, they won't be teeny, tiny purse pets, but they'll be the size of a medium dog, which honestly isn't that bad. But these pigs in your video are not the pigs normally offered from breeders.

  • Does anyone know anything about Juliani pigs? I would love to know more about them, as they supposedly get no more than 30 lbs when full grown.

  • i still want one! i don't care how big they get! i wanted any size, any kind, any height, any look!! i always wanted a pig

  • OAWWw. The cuteness! It burns us!

  • If the pig is too big, then turn it into bacon. Problem solved.

  • @Antiks72

    You are joking right?

  • Im sad because I really wanted tobuy a pig but NOT that BIG

  • @diadav1008 you can getmteacup pigs they are tiny

  • @diadav1008 Hiii!:)

  • does breeding an animal before its truely an adult rather it be a chicken pig or dog effect the offspring in any way?

  • Micro pigs in other word baby pigs???

  • Are they used for mini sausages ????

  • Just eat them when they get too big!

  • @ChowAtTheY Nice sense of humor! So funny! Hahaha!

  • why does this adds takes soo long

  • No, this is unbelievably wrong.

Micro pigs don't grow to that size, not proper micro pigs.

If you go to a reliable reader then you get a proper micro pig, but many many many people get conned and people just give them normal piglets, not micro pigs, so they do grow that size.

Get your resources right before you start bitchin' on the pigs. jeesh.

  • ummmm ok these ppl saidtht some of the pigs u buy get this big which is true some ppl claim there micro pigs but they arent so they grow to normal size....

  • @ChowAtTheY I bet it was like Animal Farm all over again huh?

  • What the Fuck? i have a 5 year old pig that is 25 pounds and perfectly healthy and he doesn't have two testicals hanging off his fucking neck...... this video is a lie
