Bartok Roumanian Dances/巴爾托克羅馬尼亞舞: Veronica Yen

Veronica....an excellent interpretation. I am playing these dances for my recital in early May, 2010. Listening to several renditions on youtube has helped, but your performance has been the best, by far, in revealing an intelligent approach to the piece. Thank you!

Thank your for uploading such an original and expressive interpretation of these pieces. When I started listening to No. 1 (which I frequently accompany violinists in) I thought that the tempo seemed incredibly fast - but it worked!

Ooooooops!!! Yes it did sound fast! I didn't realise before you mentioned! I just sit down and play, and my performance tempo tends to be in the fast side... thank you so much for your kind comments! I love these wonderful dances very much, and just love eastern european music so dearly! In fact, this was my recital 2 days ago which I featured all Eastern european composers!
