kickapoo, potowatami, shawnee and meskwaki have this to shanoge or techumse dance we have this in kansas at the potowatami rez every year and down n oklahoma the kickapoos do it there and texas and mexico but these boys did a damn good job of singing and the ladies did a damn good job dancing looks good menwiikenwi

Don't get so judgmental so fast -- This song has been used in our community from what I know of my self, since the 1950s when old man Pipe Mustache, John Stone and John Barber sang it.

You should be asking what kind of relationship there is that caused this. Just like I heard a Grand Canyon Drum group once use a special Ceremonial Drum Dance song from up here, I was astonished to hear it in public.
