@TheSwords99 Thanks for the constructive feedback. Generally I only include shots of us talking on camera to fill in for project footage I don't have. It's surprisingly hard to get consistent footage, because we now sub out a lot of the work, and I'm not always on the jobsite (with the video camera) to capture everything. That said, I actually have a lot of good video of Flip #9. I'll try to do a better edit.
@TheFirstFlip I actually like how your vids are done with you explaining the what and why behind the repairs. Just my .02 but I prefer that over watching "actual work". Thanks for what you're doing!

Thanks. To answer your question...two recent college grads don't have that kind of money. We work with a private lender, writing up agreements for each house we work on. PS--Freaky? I better not tell her you said that.
Can you guys show us more of the actual work and less talk? It would be much more enjoyable.
