Plagio es usar UNA cancion para cambiar la letra y patentar, en muchos lados canciones de varios grupos tienen ritmos similares, un trozo no es razon de demanda. toma un ejemplo de la cancion cuando agosto era 21 que tomo mago de Oz sin permiso del verdadero autor y la patento para ellos.

There's a lot of Countries with great bands. with USA you've got: Nevermore, Symphony X, Dream Theater, Iced Earth, Kamelot. Finland: Nightwish, Sonata, Stratovarius, Thunderstone, CoB, Amorphis, etc. Sweden has a lot of good Melodic death metal, Norway has quite a few very good prog bands, etc...

I don't think it is a coincidence. It is almost exactly the same. I think Aquaria probably wanted to cover that song, so they took the melody, added some lyrics, and made it freakin AMAZING! Maybe it says in the CD booklet, but I don't have the CD unfortunately. Can someone check for me?

Don't get me wrong. There are a few good bands in America, even a few good popular bands. But most of the time when I turn on the radio, I wish I lived somewhere...anywhere else. It really annoys me how I could talk about a band like Aquaria and NOBODY would have any idea who they are.
