@joehighlord what he means is this. yes they have auto attack for their weps, but its not a spell that actually does anything to help their dps. as he said, 60% his damage is just auto attack along with seals. but a mage using auto attack would get spit on and kicked before they could even say they were joking.

Lore, How about dynamic land ownership? Server dependant, where horde may control it on originally, and the Alliance can "capture and convert" it. then on that server its Alliance's, that is until the Horde attack back. To see a percentage of world towns able to be dynamic would be interesting. Capital cities, not convertible, but certainly invade-able.

This would also allow faction biased servers feel more real.

Dear Lore, I must say im a but more cynical than you. I dont see the new yearly subscription bonuses as blizzard being nice. I think Blizzard is realising that competion on the MMO market is getting harder. Especially with SWTOR comming out this december. I think they are doing it to hang on to customers because they know they are gonna loose some in the following year. SWTOR benifits from having a huge fanbased even before the game is released. Something other MMO's havent had.

@mrwaldo you can turn enemy names (possibly titles etc.) on in your interface menu. There's no need for pressing V for enhanced nameplates or nameplate addons or whatever.

And if your in BG's you can see where they're coming from and, if you're ambushed you'll notice when a big fat panda starts hitting you.. mogged gear or not:)

Is blizzard wanting players to have nameplates on by default or not? Based on the panels they assume players know which players are the enemy by scrolling over or looking at players nameplates, but transmog doesn't work with PvP armor because they want players to know which class they are fighting based on their armor.

If you buy the collector edition of Diablo you get 4 months of wow added on to the 1yr subscription. So if you buy the Diablo collector edition you pay for 8 months of wow and not 12. In a round about way buying the collector edition can be viewed as paying for 12 months anyways.

ive been playing for 6 years now. (since classic) and i wish they had done stuff like this new anual pass. The only beta from blizz i got to take part in is Wrath. I have owned/played every blizz game eccept for Starcraft 1. When I say the announcement for the Sha, or however its spelled, the first thing I thought about was a great way to add World Raid bosses again. I could see a "darkness" meter building up over time and when it is full a world boss spawns. They could even have this be tied to world pvp which would finally give it a purpose again.

When people complain about Pandaren being stupid and Pandary and stuff I bring this up. If Pandaren were in the game from classic in place of Tauren, as soon as Blizz released an expac with Tauren people WILL complain that Blizz has put Cows in the game. The real reason why Activison doesnt allow for races to swap factions via quest, people would do that instead of paying cash money through the Blizzard store, and by know i think everyone knows, Activison likes their money. So its possible they will put in a PAID faction swap for your race but never will have a quest where you can do it for free.

There is some upstart bad guy who is taking his followers and breaking away from the sickeningly good good guy. Then the good guys go to the alliance for protection, and the bad guys allign themselves with the horde.

Only think I'm unsure about in the dungeon speed runs is class balance. If there's a dungeon with nearly no aoe and multi target then that's going to favor certain class (arcane mages example) and that's a thing that's never ever going to be balanced perfectly. Which again means that the teams that cheese dungeons with idk.. 3Monk dps a holy paladin and a prot paladin to best fit the dungeon.

Another thing is gear, if you can use tiers with better bonuses then there's an advantage to raiders.

Lack of main villain is a good thing. All these expansions that we've been "putting aside our differences" I was being ganked by horde rogues/mages/paladins/warriors while busy working against the "common enemy". It was tiresome and bred negativity towards the other faction not because "they are our foes", but because they are "d-bags". Cata was the worst, with the Horde fighting their war and Alliance barely lifting a finger because zomg Deathwinger.

At least in MoP, the stakes will be clear.

On the other hand I was hoping to hear your opinion and thoughts on THE NEW TALENT SYSTEM (yes, it is in caps but i feel like it is that important).
