It took about 4 episodes for gohan to actually tranform into ss2...thank god for kai remakes.

Difference being though, that while, yeah frieza and cell had more waiting around, the stuff that filled the waiting around was very appealing, and the waiting around was largely for dramatic tension.

The Buu saga was just non stop inane fighting and shitty jokes. Buu was the arc Toriyama didnt want to write, and it shows in the manga and the anime.

As far as the game, it was okay...Sure the graphics were nice, but what I saw was Shin Budokai for the home consoles. I think the best DBZ game would be an action adventure game like Buu's Fury for the GBA, but for the home console.
