The complete handle can be used with the anglo so that the air button is free. Send me a private message if you like and I can illuatrate it better if you are interested.There are several variants to practise.

What modifications can be used on the Anglo? The thumb of the right hand has to be free to open the air release buton.

Interesting. I'd like to see a demonstration playing with the hand rest to show the increased mobility of the 4th finger on the EC. The rest looks a bit odd, but if it helps me play with all my fingers more efficiently, I would very interested in making or even buying something like this.
