well, only half the story. if you google sculptra granuloma, you'll find a vast amount of information on this product and the side effects-granulomas which are basically nodular bumps that form where the material has been injected. the product originally was pushed through the fda under the compassion drug guise for aids/hiv patients with severe facial fat wasting. in europe and canada the product has been outright banned due to the many reports of of side effects and bad cosmetic results.
