  • Appart from the big load of ammoniac and the soy they use to preserve the fast food, it is actually better than eating grains or pasta, the usual cheap meal people eats. Meat no matter how you look at it is protein and fat thus it is really good. Sugar is really bad. The breads/buns are unhealthy as that Atkins guy said. Still Atkins is not the very best, I suggest you go Paleo diet or do some heavy musculation.

  • @BluBoulzor nothing wrong with eating grains and completely cutting out grains for those who don't have celiacs disease has shown to cause a lack of certain vital vitamins and minerals.

  • This comment is to everyone who loves fast food and doesn't like to gain weight. There is a way out. You can eat fast food everyday and still lose weight. The answer is atkins. Order your burgers and sandwhiches without the buns. Don't get the fries. And only drink water or diet soda. It is that easy.

Ever heard of a thing called the law of thermodynamics? The first motherfucking law clearly states that if you consume more than you are burning you will gain weight, you can't eat all you want and lose weight.

  • @WoWbob396 I tried that and it damn near killed me because I was so hungry I couldn't work out. Before I cut carbs I ate about 2000 calories and now I eat about 5000 and i've been losing weight because I stopped eating carbs. And with your way I only lost like 1 pound a week and that was with exercise. Now I eat 50000 calories i'm not hungry and I am losing 2-3 pounds a week.

  • @sjm8890 50000 calories? Lol even with atkins you need to eat less to lose weight it is physiological impossibility to oxidize more fuel than one is consuming. I would love to see you consume that much in a day and lose weight even while eating no carbs, and you know that protein eaten in excess can be turned into glucose?

  • @sjm8890 no, once protein synthesis is maxed, which is around 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight, the rest is converted into glucose, besides protein either way releases insulin.

  • On the other hand if the person has an problem like hyperthyroid or diabetes the calorie law will behave differently as it assumes that the person has regular insulin levels.if little or no insulin is released excess calories will not be stored as fat

  • An average height guy with some muscle would burn around 2000-2400 doing absolutely nothing everyday.running 5mph burns 472 in an hour so it makes sense why he would lose weight.Anyone who is heavier than him will burn even more calories(look up your bmr) So anyone pissed at how he's eating junk food should shut up and try it for themselves!a lot of that fast/slow metabolism stuff is a marketing ploy

    I have a friend who eats worse than he does and, although he doesn't lose weight, he doesn't gain it either.

    But hey, if you can eat what you want and not gain weight, more power to ya but be warned, there are many other health factors than weight.

    In fact, I once had a bus driver who died from a heart attack and he was skinny...so try to eat a little healthier.

However, I think a junk food diet contributes towards psychological states such as depression and physical differences such as poor skin and thinning hair.   • I'm glad to see this video. I recently started exercising and "dieting" to lose weight. I eat a big mac value meal EVERYDAY after exercising at the gym prior to going to work. I went from 274 to 239 pounds in less than two months. 180 pounds is my goal. I'm 6'0 tall. I'm happy to know I'm not the only person in the world that eats junk food AND exercises AND loses weight. Outstanding vid Chikaranese. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!! I also take vitamin supplements i.e. D,B,Fish Oil,Multivitamins.

That used to happen to me in high school, and my girlfriend actually has to drink ensure to keep her weight up because her metabolysm is too fast that she loses weight no matter what.

  • sometimrs the more calories u consume the faster your metabolism gets. try cutting carbs. thats what i do 1 month before summer to get crazy cut, but trhe food is pricey. meats eggs, nuts, vegtables, no fruits, bread, or milk though. u dont need to exercise when u cut carbs but yummy fastfood is limited to the burger patties and nuggets only :(

    It's really simple, you are what you eat. Your body regenerates cell constantly every day. What does it use to create those cells? Nutrition from the foods you eat.

    If you eat crap with a bunch of chemical preservatives, sugars, and trans fats, then that's what you end with. Why else are diseases like Cancer and Diabetes at their highest rates ever.

    It's not just about weight, that's only one very small part of the puzzle.

  • also for those who are thinking abotu doing this long term...this is not a gd diet! just because your losing weigth and have a low body fat percentage..that doesnt tell the full story about your internal organs and areas of fat deposition/ what types of fat are circulating in your blood (high LDL: HDL ratio but normal total cholesterol is an example). Also micronutrients such as essential vitamins, minerals may be lacking in this diet, and FIBRE! - this food is called junk food for a reason

  • its not that he has a fast metabolism, but more so that he doesnt lay down fat as easily, doesnt absorb as much calories through his gut, and also, although he is eating junk!, he is still restricting calories. the balance of energy input and energy expenditure is overall negative ... thats what he has shown here, nothing new but quite amusing to watch.

  • 朋友 (friend) I'm inclined to agree with several who made the commets about test valididty. You appear to be early/mid 20's. In my early/mid 20's I ate the same way, with more mannerisms, but the point is I was 6' and weighed 155-160. I would fluctuate during the month, but never over 160. (Fast metabolism. Now that I am older, I eat about the same, but I maintain 185-195. I am a martial artist and exercise, but do not drop weight due to eating habits. Can you explain that away?
