From the looks of it, newaris are mongoloid too. pretty much everyone apart from the terai region seem mongoliod but I havent travelled nepal that much to know for sure.

Newaris have beautiful eyes, they are big and bold but I just feel that it doesnt look aryan, also they usually seem to have dark skin that looks really beautiful on the girls.

These Mongoloid ethnic group includes Rai, Limbu, Gurung, Magar, Sherpas, Tamang, Thakali...etc my friend.

I visit Nepal a lot. A lot of the people you decribe are Mongoloids like the Tamang, Gurung, Magar, Newari, Rai etc. These peoples speak a Sino-Tibetan language. So you can say the Mongoloid Nepal'is closes relatives are the Tibetans, and more distantly, to the Chinese.
