I like semi-autos,I have A Kimber,Xds and so forth BUT I love wheel guns. That Smith 44spl. is Awsome!!! The 44spl. runs about the same numbers as the 45acp,witch is my fav handgun cal.Id love to have that 44spl.Cool video bro!
@GunznGear Hey, i know this video was a long time ago, but my Grandmother is supposed to be getting a Glock 29 for home defense. She lives in inner city D.C. Will the Glock 29 over penetrate or anything like that?
I bought my first G30... That plastic thing is very accurate... I've been shooting only sigs for the last 20 years... My eyes are now open to new guns... looking for a 1911 this christmas...
how is the kimber 10mm compared to the glock 20? I almost bought 1 just because If i wanted to reload or shoot lead the kimber wouldn't need aftermarket accesories like a barrel.
@SunshineBayou10mm Both of those guns are top notch. There are only a few companies offering the 10mm, so our pickings is slim. Do you reload? If not, got to Cabelas or Midway, or Natchez and figure out how much it would cost to reload. It's not cheap to get started, but it's worth it. I haven't reloaded lead bullits in a very long time. Not because of my Glocks, it's because of the pain to clean the barrels. Leading in barrels requires some serious scrubbing and other methods to remove it.
Cool Vid Van. I agree with the S&W carry in camp. I completely love my XD .45 but it's not practical carrying on hikes or while in camp. I carry my S&W .38 specail in a leather hip holster and I can't even feel that it's there most of the time.
@mizooch70 I've always searched for the "perfect packing pistol", and the S&W NG396 is a great one, but I've gotta say that the G29 might be a contender... and the search continues...
nice video. just curious, did you think about getting the S&W 310 (10mm/40S&W) nightguard revolver? i am thinking of getting a 310 nightguard, didn't know if you have taken time to shoot one (i haven't, yet...). I like the 10mm for outdoors protection/hunting.
@jhenry3016 I have not had the opportunity to try the NG310, but I would like to, and I love the 10mm. I like the NG series w/ their Scandium frame and steel cylinder, it's light but not too light to shoot well. The NG396 is cool because it's a 44spcl on a L frame, and not the N frame you would expect. It's very handy! Thanks
@biguy525 He's a real cool guy!!! I got to meet him at the 2006 S.H.O.T Show. Whether you agree with him or not, you have to respect that he truly believes and lives by what he preaches. We all should learn from his example.
@GunznGear My father has the same pistol that I have. I always do the cleaning for him and can't get the receiver off of the grip without taking a rubber mallet to it. No matter what I do to clean out the inside and smooth it out, the result is always the same.

@derricksherps If she uses self defense ammo, she should be protected very well by the G29.

You should do a video on the ammo you use, where you get you ammo, how you store it, if you have a stock pile.
