Just wanna point 1 small thing out, in the video, you say that as a result of the 0740 train being cancelled, the earliest train they could've caught was the 0748 leaving at 7:56, however, the 0730 was also delayed, and left at 7:42, 2 mins after they'd arrived, meaning they would've arrived at King's Cross at 8:39. As a result, only the East Circle train should've been missed, as it left at 8:35. Of course, that doesn't explain the other inconsistencies, but it does poke a hole in this theory.

The same thing happened on 9/11. The hijackings were done during a NORAD excercise in which planes were scrambled to deal with hijacked airplanes. It was the only way in which the operation could happen, because NORAD was vulnerable and "stood down" initial shoot down orders.
