Daytona USA on XBLA and PSN would be great such a fin game back in the day every arcade had atleast one cab along with Cruisn' USA. I miss those days.

It was synthesized music at the time -- Takenobu Mitsuyoshi recorded vocals into a sampler, and then they were implemented into the music tracks.

The vocals weren't always perfect in the arcade originals.
