I can't believe that this got cancelled! It was completely by fluke that I started watching the reruns on YTV and I got sucked in. I fell in love with the story, the characters, and the overall feel of the show. Then, next thing I know, I find out there's no more episodes after Season 3. Grr! This was a really unique show and I wish that it had the chance to develop further and that more people had watched it. :[

I love how they took a show that actually had family values off of ABC Family to replace it with a show about a bunch of idiot girls getting pregnant in high school. I'm not saying a girl is an idiot if she makes a mistake like that but they KEEP making it over and over and over again. And it's not just a bunch of dysfunctional teenagers but also a bunch of dysfunctional adults too. For a family based network they sure have a lot of shows that aren't very family oriented like Kyle XY was.

Its so whack, okay the real reason why it got canceled cuz somehow they lost its viewers by 33 percent. Because of the Secret life of the faggot teenager or whatever its called. There was supposed to be a season 4 but just ended it at season 3 because of the loss of viewers. They called it season finale but wasnt really a season finale cuz the show didnt end they just canceled it.

@psnMT125 Origin was for clones of Kyle XY since he was a "successful" experiment unlike Jessie who was too volatile and unstable. This is partially due to Kyle's empathetic personality taking after his father Adam Baylin while Jessi's personality took after her mother Sarah. The other major factor Kyle argues had more of an effect on him is his upbringing and support by the Tragers who took him in as their own while Jessi had no one until her mother revealed herself and then later the Tragers.
