nintendo and rare finished prefect dark zero for the gamecube...but mircosoft bought rare during the fianl stages of the game...it kinda looked cartoony/realist style look it up online there are pics of the gambube verson that was never released because of the mircosoft buy out...they threw the story/graphics out the window and dev. had to start all over..thats why this game SUCKED....perfect dark will be release for xboxlive acrade (comfirmed)

it was like goldeneye but with better guns, bots for multiplayer and cooler levels.i mean come on,it was an 18 certificate,there were bots who played better than the average human,a self deployed sentry gun which is concealed as a laptop, a gun which chops peoples heads off, sweet reload animations :)

in the new one they only kept the most uncreative weapons and gave it some stupid cartoon graphics like its for kids.

now this is just my opinion, but i think it's safe to say i speak for all PD fans out there, the game sucked. Not as a shooter on the 360, but as a game in the Perfect Dark franchise. The way they executed the story, the story its self, the characters were not that well played out, all of that among other things just weren't good about it

Yeah, I haven't played Zero yet, but I am a big fan of the original, but from what I have seen Zero has nothing on it but graphics, hopefully Rare gets it's act together and makes a true sequel to the original.
