I solved my own "low flow shower head" problem by unscrewing the shower head and removing the water restricting washer/device from the back of the shower head pipe. Once you do that and screw the shower head back in....voila: FULL POWER BABY!!!!! :-)

This should work with most (but not necessarily all) shower heads.
