That is Long Fist, "Ba Qua Kun" is the advanced staff form after, Ku Mei Kun.

This is nice. Nothing but intelligent comments. Of all the videos on here all I really see are hard ass trying to be something they're not so this is refreshing. I don't know if we're related or not, I'm but a humble student of Shi Fu Sean Marshall who was a student of Master Goh. Great video, I think drum and bass goes well with Kung Fu.
