  • How do you fuse the stop motion with live action?

  • We shoot the animation first, then film the actor in front of a blue screen who can see the animation play on a laptop. Then shrink and superimpose the live action onto the animation video (we use Premiere Pro 2). Then it's all about getting the timings right to make it look natural.
