Pole sana to those affected. Although i never agreed with Lucy before, I agree with her on this issue. The Minister - Saitoti needs to do more to correct such preventable disasters. It is such a shame that the Police and especially the GSU at the scene didn't know better than to sell the fuel. In the western countries, the roads would have been closed for miles and the neighbourhood evacuated. Pls, mister minister in charge, how hard is it to instruct the police to take charge!!!
