Who is the "they" you are speaking of? Ron Paul left the Libertarian Party, it didn't leave him.....when he was in the LP he seemed to fit fine, but now that he is in the GOP again, the GOP seems very uncomfortable with him there, hence the Campaign for Liberty and all of the hype about the "shadow GOP convention" in Minneapolis. I do not know what you mean by "stuck Bob Barr in there instead"? Can you explain, because it seems to me that Bob Barr has had geniune, if belated, changes of heart.
Bob Barr is just the Ross Perot of our time. "They" are the elites that run the country and world. As long as Bob Barr doesn't become to big. Then everything will be fine. Ron Paul's revolution began to really take off with sign and protests all over the country. It rattled the cages of the illuminati. The world is a stage.
The first 5000 people to sign up voted on the state for the FSP. They wisely chose NH because of it's size and freedom relative to other the states. The southern states are too big and too far gone to have an immediate impact. NH has many good attributes. I'm happy to be leaving Texas for NH!

There is also a Free State Wyoming project. Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho have some very nice counties with very little government intrusion.
