  • Schöne News :) Alte Arcor Kunden werden leider aber verarscht. *grummel* soll für meinen alten Anschluss knapp 5 EUR mehr bezahlen sowie 5 EUR wenn ich meine Leitung auf eine 16K aufstocken möchte.

    Früher gab es Kundenservice jetzt wird man als ALT Kunde nur noch verarscht!

    Man wäre noch Arcor Kunde, und es gibt keine Alternative meinen Tarif ausser die Teuren Tarife zu nehmen.

    Da hilft nur noch die Kündigung :)
